Hope for Rupa

Rupa is a remote community in the Karamoja region of Uganda. It is an area where families face intense daily struggles with extreme poverty, inadequate clothing, and severe food shortages.

Recently, tragedy struck the community. Driven by severe hunger, children attempted to roast a rat for food. The fire accidentally spread, destroying 18 grass-thatched homes and leaving multiple families without shelter or basic sanitation.

Hope for Rupa is our direct response to this crisis. We are mobilizing to rebuild these homes, construct essential latrines, and provide food, clothes, and shoes—meeting physical needs while sharing the deep, restoring love of Jesus.
